Does Deferred Adjudication impact my driving record?

No. Unless the client fails to comply with the court ordered terms of probation. These terms typically include payment of a fine, maintaining a favorable driving record, refraining from receiving another traffic violation during the probation period, and in some instances providing certain documentation. This requirement might be fulfilled by taking a defensive driving course for certain minor offenses or providing proof of insurance for those charged with failure to provide financial responsibility.
